My son is a first time buyer and wanted to stick to budget and had limitation of distance from work. Tina Story has wear Mama realtor hat, understood the requirements and gave good advice. Tina is Fantastic realtor and very professional. She makes the whole process Stress-free for first time buyer. Extremely responsive and very knowledgeable about everything. Any queries we have or if need any info she has lined-up everything e.g Inspection company, Mortgage company. And all are extremely help-full and SME. Tina was amazing to work with. She was punctual, had the time for and answers to all my questions. She was highly responsive whenever I needed to get in touch with her. After closing, when I needed a certain type of contractor to help with something, she was quick to put me in touch with the right people.
She did an amazing job of showing me properties that would suit my needs without wasting my time. She kept me in the loop when new properties became available and made sure there were no surprises when it was time to close. She was very thorough. I cannot wait to recommend her to friends and family looking to buy or sell a property and I look forward to using her again.
